Bishy Barnabee is full of wonderful personalised gifts for children whether for birthday, Christmas or another special occasion. Our presents are made from natural materials such as wood and rattan, then hand-finished with the special message of your choice. We make traditional, robust toys powered by imagination, not batteries – a sword and shield for young knights, tool kits for budding joiners, tea sets for young ladies who lunch, wooden rifles and pistols for cowboys (or maybe Indians), pirate ships, dolls houses and farm bases to name just some. If you know a future classical musician you could give them a wooden recorder finished with their choice of design so it stands out from the rest at primary school or maybe a drum (best given by grandparents or family friends who can escape).
Children love to have their own things with their name on, from a plaque for their bedroom door to their own special chair. We can also personalise a number of other items for their bedrooms such as a hairbrush or a photo frame.
